Brickson Diamond is the current advisor at VC Include. Brickson has extensive experience in leadership roles, including CEO of Big Answers, LLC, COO of The Executive Leadership Council, and Senior Vice President of Capital Guardian Trust Company. Brickson also has experience as a Board Chair and Co-Founder of The Blackhouse Foundation. In these roles, they have provided corporate culture consulting, talent sourcing, and governance excellence.

Brickson Diamond has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
