Victoria Smart has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Victoria is currently working as a Senior Marketing Manager at VC Innovations, where they partner with clients in innovation industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Pharma IQ and IQPC. Victoria also has experience as a Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Executive, and Marketing Assistant at Clarion Events. Victoria started their career as a Production Intern at Clarion Events. Before entering the marketing field, Victoria worked in the retail industry as a Retail Manager at Animal and as a Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor at Ann's Cottage Surf Shops. Victoria also has experience as a Student Ambassador and Student Academic Reviewer at Bath Spa University. During this time, they also worked as a Waitress at Nando's UK while completing their final year of university. Overall, Victoria has a strong background in marketing and management roles, with experience in event coordination, content creation, team management, customer service, and university-related roles.

Victoria Smart completed their BA (Hons) degree in English Literature and History from Bath Spa University from 2008 to 2011. Victoria then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Events Management and Marketing at The Event Academy in 2015.
