Ramphis Castro

Ramphis Castro, PE, JD, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investments at the Platform for Social Impact, a 501(c)3 impact investment fund dedicated to enhancing economic mobility in Puerto Rico. Castro has co-founded and leads efforts at multiple organizations, including ScienceVest, a venture capital fund focused on hard-tech and life sciences, and VC3 DAO, which aims to innovate venture investment models within the Web3 space. As a board member of Fractured Atlas, Castro contributes to supporting the arts, and involvement with Parallel18 facilitates global startup acceleration from Puerto Rico. Castro's advisory roles extend to Inicio Ventures and SOSV, alongside a commitment to philanthropy as a Pledger with Founders Pledge. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and multiple law degrees, with specialized training from prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Stanford.
