Péter Szakács

Péter Szakács has a varied work experience. Péter started as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2010. In 2011, they joined ChemAxon as a Full Stack Developer for zosimos.io, a Chemistry education web application. Péter then took on roles as a Front-end Developer for BioEddie, a Biology molecule editor UI component, and for Plexus Assay, a Chemical measurement data management web application. Péter also served as a Scrum Master and Java Developer for Structure representation and I/O. In 2021, they became a Frontend Developer for VCC Live.

Péter Szakács obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Eötvös Loránd University between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the same university between 2002 and 2007. In 2013, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
