Derek Alley is the Chief Executive Officer of VCC, a general contractor and construction management services provider with a broad national footprint since its founding in 1987. In addition to leading VCC since March 2008, Derek serves as an Investor and Board Member at ConstructionBevy since July 2021. Previously, Derek worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at BlackRock from July 2006 to February 2008, focusing on core and joint-venture real estate investments, and briefly as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2005. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
