Rachel Szarzynski Brady

Rachel Szarzynski Brady, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel is the Founder and Principal Consultant of LightBee Consulting since 2013. In 2021, they joined vChief as Chief of Staff. Before that, they worked at TNTP from 2003-2012, holding positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, and Senior Site Advisor Recruitment and District Hiring, Teaching Fellows Programs. Rachel was also a Site Director at TeachDALLAS from 2001-2002 and an Educational Technology Specialist/Grant Coordinator at Futurekids from 2000-2001. Rachel started their career as a Teach for America corpsmember from 1998-2000 and worked as a Project Manager/Interviewing Supervisor at THE GALLUP ORGANIZATION LTD from 1994-1997.

Rachel Szarzynski Brady, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2020-2021, they obtained a Certificate of HR Management in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Rice University. Additionally, Rachel has the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
