Virgil Kali

Virgil Kali is a skilled Fiber Optic Splicer and Foreman at VCI Construction since April 2023. Previously, Virgil served as a Station Commander with Marine Corps Recruiting from January 2020 to January 2023 and fulfilled the role of Communication Marine with the United States Marine Corps from November 2014 to October 2020, ensuring effective communication during field operations. Virgil is a certified Communication Lineman, having completed training at the Southeast Lineman Training Center from January to March 2023, and holds a High School Diploma from South Pacific Academy, earned in June 2009.
