Karpenkova Yulianna

Yulianna Karpenkova has extensive work experience in legal services and contracting. Karpenkova worked at VCIOM, starting in October 2008, where they held the position of Head of Legal Services. In addition to their legal role, they also served as the Head of Contracting for VCIOM from 2008 to 2014. Prior to joining VCIOM, Yulianna worked as a digital processing designer for ZAO "Gruppa EPOS" from September 2004 to October 2008.

From 2003 to 2008, Karpenkova Yulianna attended Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) where they obtained their specialist degree in Social Engineering from the Humanities Faculty.
