Julianna Paul has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Julianna started their career as a Barista at City Brew Coffee Company in 2008 and worked there until 2013.

In 2013, Julianna joined MontanaSky Networks Inc. as a PC Repair Technician. Julianna was responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, triaging customer concerns, and implementing new hardware solutions for clients. Julianna then moved on to the role of IT Support Technician, where they developed hardware and software solutions, designed and implemented process workflows, and collaborated on the deployment of third-party applications.

From 2017 to 2018, Julianna served as the Senior Manager of Customer Support at MontanaSky Networks Inc. In this role, they managed a team of analysts responsible for customer support and sales. Julianna also oversaw call guidelines and managed technical and operational projects.
