April Blades is an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing and fashion industries. Currently at VCNY Home since March 2023, April oversees production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. Previously, at Creative Kids, April managed production for games, toys, and arts & crafts from November 2021 to January 2023, focusing on inventory, sales forecasting, and compliance with safety standards. Notable experience at ANN INC included management roles in product development and production for fashion accessories and jewelry, including overseeing vendor communications and achieving cost-saving initiatives. With a foundation in fashion design and merchandising from Katharine Gibbs School and the Fashion Institute of Technology, April brings a comprehensive skill set to production management, including strategic planning, quality assurance, and team leadership.
