Dennis Spans

Dennis Spans MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dennis started their career in 2003 as an Ass. Accountant at Countus Accountant + Adviseurs. Dennis then joined Venture Group as a Controller in 2007 and later moved to Therapeutisch Centrum GGZ, where they served as a Lid Raad van Bestuur | Controller until 2016. Dennis then joined Eleos as a Manager Bedrijfsvoering | CMT-lid from 2016 to 2021, and later as a Concerncontroller | CMT-lid until 2022. In 2022, they joined Venture Group, VConsyst, and Vadain as a Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

Dennis Spans holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Business School Nederland, obtained from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a postgraduate degree in Accountancy (RA) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2006 to 2010. Dennis also earned a Master of Science (MSc.) in Accounting and Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2006 to 2012. In addition to these degrees, Dennis obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from scrum.org in 2018. Before their higher education, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in HEAO Accountant-Administratieconsulent (AA) from Windesheim in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in HEAO Accountancy from Windesheim in 1999. Their secondary education was at Greijdanus, where they obtained their VWO diploma from 1993 to 1999.
