Kaysie Rodman has extensive experience in technical support and customer service within various industries. Currently serving as a Service Desk Technical Analyst at VCPI since April 2015, Kaysie provides support to end users in the healthcare sector. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an EcoCare Support Specialist at Telkonet, where Kaysie troubleshot EcoCare Energy Management networks, and holding multiple positions at EthoStream, including Technical Writer and Tier 1 Technical Support. Kaysie's career also includes a role as a Bookseller at Half Price Books and an Associate Technical Writer at McDATA. Kaysie holds a BA in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University and additional education from PC Proschools.
