Matt Miltenberger is a licensed professional engineer and NACE certified cathodic protection specialist dedicated to durability consulting aimed at maximizing the service life of infrastructure projects. Matt has extensive experience, having served as a Senior Research Engineer at RS Master Builders, Inc. from 1993 to 2004, where responsibilities included corrosion and reinforced concrete testing. From 2006 to 2012, Matt was Vice President at Tourney Consulting Group, overseeing engineering operations and contributing to the company’s growth. Currently, Matt is Vice President at VCS Engineering, specializing in infrastructure repair, restoration, and concrete durability consulting since 2012. Matt began their career as a materials trainee at FHWA and worked as a Business Development Manager at Vector Corrosion Technologies from 2004 to 2006. Matt earned a degree from the University of Maryland College Park between 1989 and 1992.
