Pragash Pillai

Pragash Pillai currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Hotwire Communications Ltd and holds board positions at Astound Broadband, VCTI, and Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center. In addition, Pillai is a member of the DeMatteis School of Engineering & Applied Science Dean’s Advisory Board at Hofstra University and served as Emeritus Board Member for NAMIC until July 2024. Previously, Pillai was EVP, Chief Technology & Information Officer at Altice USA, where responsibilities included leading a large organization in technology, product, and operations, and piloting customer experience strategies. Early career experience includes senior leadership roles in infrastructure engineering and network management at Cablevision. Pragash Pillai holds multiple executive certificates and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
