Ann Maddox

Ann Maddox has over 20 years of experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and learning management systems (LMS), currently serving as a Senior Applications Analyst at VCU Health since August 2018. Responsibilities include managing the Cornerstone OnDemand application for a large workforce, leading user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and overseeing system integrations. Prior experiences involve roles as a Senior HRIS System Administrator and Consultant at various organizations including Veterans Affairs and 3D Results, where Ann implemented HRIS solutions, enhanced customer satisfaction, and provided analytics. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
