Chantal Fleming

Chantal Fleming, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently working at an outpatient psychiatric mental health clinic since July 2024, where a holistic approach is taken to patient care through thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans. With a strong nursing foundation, Chantal has been an Acute Care Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse at VCU Health since December 2012, providing specialized care for adult and pediatric patients. Previous roles include serving as a Burn ICU Nurse at the Evan Burn Center and as a Care Partner in a Level One Trauma Center’s Orthopedic Unit. Chantal is actively involved with professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an Associate's degree in Nursing. Chantal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University.
