Christian White BS, CRCST has extensive experience in sterile processing at VCU Health, serving as the Sterile Processing Instrument Coordinator since July 2010. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking surgical instruments at a Level 1 trauma center, utilizing Censitrac software, and enhancing workflows for technicians. Prior roles include Sterile Processing Supervisor, where responsibilities entailed delegating tasks and approving schedules, and Senior Sterile Processing Technician, which involved supplying sterilized instruments to operating rooms. Earlier experience at VCU Medical Center as a Patient Safety Assistant focused on attending to patients at risk of falls and ensuring their basic needs were met.
