Heather Jaros

Heather Jaros is a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse at VCU Health since March 2016, specializing in bedside care for critically ill neurosurgery, neurology, and trauma patients at a Level I Trauma Center. Previously, Heather worked as a Care Partner, providing comprehensive support to patients with varying complexities, and as a Tutor for nursing students at Virginia Commonwealth University, helping all students achieve outstanding academic performance. Earlier experience includes roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Medical Facilities of America and positions in the energy sector, including Associate Energy Market Analyst and Security Specialist at Dominion. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
