Jennifer Glenn

Jennifer Glenn is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in respiratory care and management. Currently serving as the Director of Respiratory Care and Pulmonary Function at VCU Health since October 2017, Jennifer has been instrumental in leading teams to enhance patient care through data-driven strategies. Prior roles include Neonatal & Pediatric Respiratory Manager at both VCU Health and Tristar Centennial Women's & Children's Hospital, where Jennifer focused on workforce development and clinical excellence. In the research domain, Jennifer contributed to Aerosurf clinical trials at Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from Wallace State Community College.
