John Roberts

John Roberts has extensive experience in healthcare data architecture and revenue cycle technology, currently serving as Senior Data Architect at VCU Health since December 2017, after a role as Senior Analyst. Prior to this, John held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle Technology and Consultant at Revenue Alignment Group, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2016. John also worked at Bon Secours Health System from July 2009 to February 2014, fulfilling multiple roles including HSO Lead in Analytics and Reporting, Accounts Receivable Manager, and Team Lead for Patient Access Services. Earlier experience includes an internship in Revenue Cycle at Bon Secours Richmond Health System. John Roberts completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Virginia from 2004 to 2008.
