Kara Skorupski

Kara Skorupski is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at VCU Health since February 2022, following a role as Senior Recruiter. Prior to that, Kara worked as a Nurse Recruiter for HCA Capital Division from January 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruitment of Registered Nurses at LewisGale Regional Health System. From October 2005 to January 2016, Kara held dual roles at Carilion Clinic, serving as both a Benefits Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, providing support for employee benefit inquiries and recruiting staff across various medical and administrative departments. Kara earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College between 1999 and 2003.
