Laura Ritchie

Laura Ritchie, MSHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Associate Vice President of HR Service Delivery at VCU Health, leading a team to enhance HR services. Previously, Laura held various HR leadership positions at HCA Healthcare and Bon Secours Health System, where responsibilities included strategic consultation on organizational design post-merger and managing complex employee relations. Laura's career began at Circuit City and included significant roles at T-Mobile, where expertise in HR transformation and employee engagement was demonstrated. Laura is actively pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Walden University, complementing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
