Nathan Cunningham

Nathan Cunningham, MPH, currently serves as Associate Vice President of Patient Experience at VCU Health, a role held since November 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing Patient Centered Services, Language Services, and Arts in Healthcare across multiple facilities. Previous positions within VCU Health include Director and Manager of Patient Experience, managing extensive teams and various programs focused on enhancing patient interactions. Prior experience includes working as a System Service Quality Specialist at Houston Methodist, implementing process improvements, and as a Performance Improvement Specialist at Wellmont Health System. Nathan Cunningham began a career in operations with Aramark, supervising large events at major sports venues, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health from East Tennessee State University.
