Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson, MSHA, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Infusion Scheduling Manager at VCU Health since November 2016, where responsibilities include partnering with oncology and non-oncology clinical teams to optimize chair utilization and ensure patient safety. Previously, Rachel held several managerial roles, including Patient Business Services Manager II for both AOP5 and SPP Infusion and Massey Cancer Clinic at Dalton, as well as Division Supervisor for the Department of Surgery, overseeing operations and supporting faculty members. Prior experience includes a series of positions at Insight Global, progressing from Recruiter to Professional Recruiter. Rachel earned a Master of Science in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University.
