Nicole Hansen

Nicole Hansen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in executive communications and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Communications at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, where noteworthy achievements included coordinating a live feature with Governor Glenn Youngkin for CNBC. At the University of Richmond, Nicole contributed as a Digital Content Specialist, significantly improving email engagement and producing content for various university publications. Nicole’s background includes roles in social media management, multimedia journalism, and reporting at several media outlets, highlighted by an Emmy award for coverage of the Orlando nightclub shooting.
