Trey Ashman

Trey Ashman currently serves as the Director of Faculty Recruitment at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Wayfair from May 2022 to March 2023, overseeing global talent acquisition for Applied Research and Data Science. Trey has a substantial background at NTT DATA Services, progressing from Senior Recruiter to Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition over nearly two decades, during which recruitment strategies supported significant growth across consulting and digital transformation practices. Earlier career roles include senior recruitment positions at Global Computer Associates, Whitlock EBS, and Tek Systems. Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Military Institute, earned in 1998.
