Vinay@VDartInc OPEN NETWORKER has extensive experience in recruitment and client relations, serving as Assistant Vice President at VDartInc since November 2008, overseeing a team of 250 employees across both onsite (US/UK) and offshore (India/Latin America) operations. Previously, as a Manager in the same field, Vinay managed recruitment efforts for high-profile projects, including significant engagements with JDS Uniphase. Prior to VDartInc, Vinay worked at Value-Add Consulting, Inc from March 2002 to October 2008, initially as Sr. Resource Manager/IT Staff Builder and then as Team Lead – Recruitment & Staffing, focusing on staffing strategies for software engineers and successfully placing consultants at notable companies like the American Red Cross. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ashworth University and a degree in Fashion Designing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
