Oliver Ziegler

Oliver Ziegler is a Senior Consultant at VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH, with experience in European and International Business Development. Oliver also serves as the Head of Government Relations at the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA), where Oliver designs and implements regional/national economic development strategies. With a background in research and consulting, Oliver has worked in various roles at institutions such as the U.S. Department of State, German Institute for International and Security Affairs, and UNIDO. Oliver holds a Dr. rer. pol. in International Political Economy and has been involved in a wide range of projects focusing on business development and innovation.
