Christoph Leipoldt

Christoph Leipoldt currently serves as Team Lead Operational Excellence at Fraunhofer IPA since March 2017, overseeing a team focused on improving production and logistics processes. Previously held the position of Deputy Team Lead and Project Manager for Factory Planning & Value Stream Design, managing projects across various industries. In addition to roles at Fraunhofer IPA, Christoph works as a Management Trainer with VDI Wissensforum GmbH, conducting workshops for industry professionals, and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer for Factory Planning at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, educating students in life science engineering. Earlier experiences include internships at KPMG AG and TROX Technik China, and a student employee position at Drees & Sommer. Christoph holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
