Thomas M. is an experienced organisationsberater and projektmanager with a focus on the chemical and pharmaceutical process industries as well as international large-scale plant construction. Since April 2012, Thomas M. has been with Thomas Makait - QPRI, where responsibilities include supporting companies in developing high-performance management systems. Additional roles include serving as a senior risk manager and partner at Euro Risk, and various positions in quality management at Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH and KPMG Consulting GmbH. Thomas M. holds a degree in electrical engineering (automation and control technology) from FH Darmstadt and has pursued extensive training in systemic organizational consulting and group dynamics.
