Manuel Veugelers

Manuel Veugelers is a Mechanical Design Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) since August 2019, having previously completed a graduate research role at the same company focused on the effects of deformations and friction on the self-alignment of kinematic couplings. Prior experience includes an internship at TECNALIA Research & Innovation, where development of tooling for the Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing process involved detailed design and validation through finite element analysis. Manuel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Werktuigbouwkunde, both from the University of Twente.
