Erick Berendhuysen

Erick Berendhuysen has extensive experience in human resources and technical training coordination, currently serving as the Global Head Coordinator of Flexible Manpower & Technical Trainings at VDL Steelweld since January 2013. This role involves global oversight of staffing project teams and technical training across various regions including the EU, USA, and APAC. Prior to VDL Steelweld, Erick held several HR management positions, including HR Manager at Ronver Systems and Senior Manager of Human Resources at PDM, focusing on strategic HR initiatives in the engineering and consultancy sectors. In earlier roles, Erick contributed to strategic HR management and office operations at Aenaes-Oranjehaeve and directed HR functions for ICT and technology recruitment at Yacht. Erick holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Tilburg University and has also pursued education at Avans University of Applied Sciences and Radboud University.
