Ronald Buckmann has extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as a Project Engineer at VDL Steelweld since 1991, where responsibilities include leading the construction of Ford Closure lines for the Mondeo and Jaguar F-type. Prior to this, Ronald worked as a Process Engineer, focusing on process research and improvement proposals, culminating in a comprehensive automation proposal with a cost-benefit analysis. Additional experience includes a role as R&M Engineer, dedicated to reducing life cycle costs, and serving as Site Manager at Steelweld from 1994 to 2000, where oversight included the installation of automotive production lines, with a focus on timing, quality, safety, and budget management. Ronald holds an MTS/HTS education from 1987 to 1990.
