Shivali Kapoor

Shivali Kapoor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shivali started their career in 2011 as a Member of the Organizing Committee at Only Much Louder. In 2013, they joined SkillKindle as a Core Team Member, where they focused on content, training, and campaigns. At Zocalo.in, from 2014 to 2015, Shivali worked as BD, Operations, and HR, reporting to the CEO, where they handled various responsibilities such as marketing, customer service, and training. Shivali then moved on to MakeMyTrip.com in 2015, where they worked in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment and process improvement. From 2016 to 2019, they joined CoHo.in, holding roles such as Strategic Alliances Manager and Human Resources Lead. Currently, Shivali is working at VDO.AI since 2019, where they have taken on different roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and positions within the CEO's office, such as Business Operations and Chief of Staff.

Shivali Kapoor completed their high school education at St. Francis De Sales School in New Delhi in the field of business/commerce. Later, they pursued a bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Shivali Kapoor attended the School of Inspired Leadership from 2015 to 2016 to obtain a master's degree in human resources management. Shivali'seducational journey continued with a degree program at the National University of Singapore from 2022 to 2023, specializing in global HR.
