Vinita Bansal

Vinita Bansal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vinita currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at VDOIT - AI/ML, WEB 3.0, Blockchain, AWS, Azure, System Integration, End to End Startup Services, starting from January 2023. Prior to this, they founded Speaker City Education Pvt Ltd in 2016 and continues to hold that role. From 2014 to 2021, they also served as the Founder of KaamAurKhel.

In terms of their earlier experiences, Vinita worked as an Assistant Manager, India Controllership & Taxation at OSC Services Private Ltd from February 2012 to October 2012. Vinita was also a Sub broker and Financial Advisor at Nirmal Bang from November 2010 to February 2012. Before that, they served as a Financial Advisor at LIC from May 2009 to February 2012.

Vinita'sprevious roles also include being the DGM - Finance & Strategy at Enhanced Wapp Systems India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2008 to May 2009 and a Trainee with Global Markets Group at ICICI Bank from January 2007 to October 2007. Vinita also has experience as a Deputy Company Secretary & Finance Controller at Kalpana Industries Ltd. from November 2005 to December 2006 and as an Executive - Accounts & Finance at East India Securities Ltd. from September 2004 to November 2005.

Vinita Bansal has a diverse education history. In 1999, they enrolled in the University of Calcutta and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce. Vinita completed their undergraduate studies in 2001.

Afterwards, in 1999, Vinita also joined The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they pursued a degree in Company Secretaries (CS). Vinita studied there until 2004 when they successfully obtained their CS degree.

In 2004, Vinita furthered their education by enrolling in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they pursued an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree. Vinita completed their studies there in 2006.

In 2016, Vinita expanded their skills by participating in Millennium Gurgaon Toastmasters Club, where they focused on improving their public speaking abilities. Vinita was actively involved in the club until 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Vinita has also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they acquired the Certification in Financial Markets, specializing in Capital Market (Dealers) Module and Derivatives Market (Dealers) Module from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Moreover, in 2019, Vinita completed the Venture Accelerator Program offered by TiE Delhi-NCR.
