Lieven Stas

Lieven Stas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, advisory roles, and business development. Since April 2011, Lieven has served as an Executive Partner at VDP, a Belgian corporate finance boutique specializing in mergers and acquisitions, primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises. In November 2017, Lieven founded Overnamepartners, providing sell-side advice to family-owned companies in Belgium. Additionally, since December 2018, Lieven has been part of the Advisory Board for The House of Change, focusing on organizational transformation. Lieven is also a member of BAN Flanders, where Lieven facilitates deals and provides business coaching to startups. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Citigate Dewe Rogerson and various leadership positions at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Trimedia, and PR Force. Lieven holds a Master of Science in Commercial Sciences from KU Leuven, an Advanced Management Programme certificate from Vlerick Business School, and a Professional Bachelor in Textile Technology from HOGENT.
