Hanish Vaghela

Hanish Vaghela currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at VDURA since May 2024. Prior to this role, Hanish held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Panasas from October 2023 to May 2024. Hanish's extensive experience includes over nine years at Seagate Technology, where responsibilities encompassed ownership of Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations for the Systems/Solutions business, with a focus on OEM, Cloud, and Channel segments. Earlier roles also include significant leadership positions at Xyratex International, including VP of Worldwide Sales and VP of Worldwide Sales Operations. Hanish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
