Indu Subba

Indu Subba is a seasoned Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in providing technical support for storage hardware and software products. Currently employed at VDURA since May 2024, Indu previously worked at Panasas from July 2005 to May 2024, delivering 24x7 support for network-attached storage solutions. Indu's background also includes roles at IBM from 2000 to 2005 as a QA Software Engineer and as a Technical Support Engineer at IBM Transarc from 1998 to 2000, where responsibilities included providing Level III support for the Encina product and contributing to the development of a Knowledge Base. Indu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University, as well as an educational background from Delhi University.
