Simon MacManus

Simon MacManus is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Analyst at VWV since November 2015, Simon's role encompasses first-line support, customer service, and management of various IT systems including Meraki Wi-Fi and Mitel VOIP. Prior to this position, Simon held various technical support roles at Debenhams, Chorus Creative Technology, and Orchard Computer Services Ltd, among others, where responsibilities included electronic point of sale upgrades, VMware management, and remote server support. Simon's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Computing for Real-Time Systems from the University of the West of England, complemented by a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies.
