Jan Mattmann

Jan Mattmann is currently the Geschäftsbereichsleiter Tagesstätten and a member of the executive management team at VEBO Genossenschaft, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Jan served in various leadership positions, including as a project leader and deputy manager for Tagesstätten. They have a strong background in social pedagogy and youth development, having worked as a youth worker for the Reformierte Kirche Jegenstorf and as the head of Haus Ramsen at Stiftung Dihei. Jan has also led regional children and youth initiatives through kakerlak from 2018 to 2023. They hold several advanced degrees, including a CAS in Team Dynamics and leadership from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW and Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
