Diane Knox

Diane Knox is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at VECA Electric & Technologies since December 2019, Diane has previously held positions as Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant at Uresco Construction Materials, where responsibilities encompassed Human Resources and Credit/Collections. Diane's early career features positions at cMAC - Construction Management & Consulting, LLC. as Office Manager, and Era Living as Job Cost Accountant. Additionally, Diane worked as Lead Project Accountant at Rafn Company, managing contracts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for large-scale projects. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University, projected for completion in June 2024, along with an Associate's degree in Accounting from Highline College.
