Bob Bell

Bob Bell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at VECCO since 2020, Bob is responsible for executive management functions, including due diligence support for potential M&A activities. Prior to VECCO, Bob was the Global Field Service Manager at Wabtec Corporation from 2016 to 2020, where oversight of a team of 70 led to the transformation of a warranty service organization into a profitable entity with $20M P&L responsibility. From 2008 to 2016, Bob excelled as General Manager at Jevco Aerospace Machining, where a team of 200 was led to restructure operations utilizing methodologies such as SMED, KANBAN, and KAIZEN, maintaining P&L responsibility for a $5M line of business. Bob holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of the State of New York.
