Nando Koster

Nando Koster currently serves as Manager Vastgoed at Vecht en Omstreken since February 2023 and as Ontwikkelcoach en sparringpartner Groei & Ontwikkeling at KLIMMR since February 2025. Prior to these roles, Nando held various positions at GroenWest, including Manager Vastgoed Onderhoud and Coördinator Vastgoed Advies from February 2017 to January 2023. Nando's experience also includes serving as Plv. Teammanager Ondersteuning and Stedelijk Beheerder at Gemeente Leiden from June 2011 to September 2018, as well as Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling at ARCADIS from October 2008 to May 2011. Initial professional development involved a traineeship at Baelen Invest N.V. in Belgium from September 2007 to May 2008. Nando Koster holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich (2007-2008) and a BSc in Management, Economie en Recht from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (2002-2007), and is currently pursuing further education at Phoenix Opleidingen.
