Rodney McCranie

Rodney McCranie is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and software development across various industries. Currently at Vecima Networks Inc. since April 2021, Rodney focuses on implementing features for streaming media systems and addressing bugs. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at thyssenkrupp Elevator, where efforts were led to resolve software issues in large elevator systems, and Senior Research Engineer with Georgia Tech Research Institute, contributing to aircraft distributed systems. Rodney's background also includes leadership roles in software development at Flex and technical leadership at Cisco, among others.
