With experience in financial analysis, underwriting, and program management, Kayla has worked in various roles across different organizations. Starting as a Teach for America Corps Member, Kayla has since progressed to roles such as Development Finance Manager and Affordable Housing Program Director. Kayla has a strong educational background with a degree in Individualized Studies from New York University and a Master of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Their expertise lies in evaluating affordable housing projects, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
