Jola Prosceno

Jola Prosceno is currently the Scrum Master at VECKTA. Prior to that, they spent nine years at Airbnb, where they were a Senior Associate in the Payments department. Jola has also worked as a System Integration Sales Support Consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Jola is known for their dedication to customer service and their ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Jola is also recognized as a top performer in their field, having achieved top 3 leaderboard status 75% of the time in 2011 in Customer Satisfaction Ratings. In addition to their customer service skills, Jola is also skilled in workflow efficiency and productivity. Jola has mentored incoming new team members of Airbnb’s Global Payments’ Team.

Prosceno holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from De Anza College. Jola is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
