Mahmoud Dahmani is a Robotics Software Engineer at Vecna Robotics since September 2021, with experience in developing innovative solutions in robotics and embedded systems. Prior to this role, Mahmoud worked with Qatar National Research Fund from May 2017 to May 2019, where significant projects included a real-time eye tracking framework for electric wheelchair control and a wearable Arabic sign language interpreter system. Additionally, Mahmoud completed a Control & Instrumentation Engineering Internship at Qatalum and served as an Embedded Systems Research Assistant at Qatar University. Mahmoud holds a Master of Engineering in Robotics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from Qatar University.
