Kelly Holmes - Binns

Kelly Holmes-Binns is the current CEO of Vecova Centre for Disability Services and Research, previously holding leadership positions at organizations such as Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan and Catholic Family Services Regina. With a background in HR management, policy development, and program management, Kelly has experience in various sectors including finance and disability services. Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Regina.
