Lukas Vencelik has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Professional at Sony Center until 2009. From 2008 to 2011, Lukas was an IT Integrator at Best4PC as a freelancer. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Sales Executive at Pantheon Technologies. In 2011, Lukas joined Sygic as a Project Manager, responsible for project management, product management, and release management. Lukas later became a Team Leader of Customer Project Management, overseeing the professional quality of work, coordinating projects, and representing the company at exhibitions. Lukas also took on the role of Product Manager for Sygic Update Assistant. From 2013 to 2015, they continued in Sygic as the Head of Customer Project Management, where they integrated ticketing and planning systems, analyzed client requirements, and coordinated the R&D department. In 2015, Lukas co-founded Tripasky Local Experiences as Sales & Co-founder. Lukas then worked as a Senior Business Developer at Foxmat from 2020 to 2020. From 2017 to 2022, Lukas served as the CEO and Co-founder of I am MAX, a tool that enhances revenue streams and improves front desk performance. Lastly, in 2020, Lukas became the Head of Project Management at VECTARY.

Lukas Vencelik pursued their education at Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave. From 2006 to 2009, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained their Ing. degree in Economic Informatics from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lukas Vencelik has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Lukas received the ITIL Foundation certification in July 2016. In November 2015, they obtained a Leadership certificate. In March 2014, they achieved the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from Unicorn. Furthermore, in August 2013, they completed a certification in Business Skills and Negotiation from MotivP. Lastly, in September 2012, Lukas Vencelik acquired a certification in Account Management, also from MotivP.
