Annette Koerner

Annette Koerner currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Non-Clinical Development at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and VectivBio AG. Previously, Annette Koerner held various senior leadership positions at Roche, including Gene Therapy Network Leader for Ophthalmology and Senior Project Leader. With a foundation in toxicology established during tenure at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Annette Koerner possesses extensive experience in non-clinical safety across multiple therapeutic areas. Annette Koerner completed a PhD in Biology with a focus on Immunology and Biochemistry at Leibniz Universität Hannover and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology.
